Since inception, our company has taken a leadership role in construction safety through the implementation of innovative safety initiatives.

It is the policy of this firm to strive for the highest safety standards on all projects. Safety is not incidental nor does it occur by chance. It is the result of careful attention to all company operations by all those involved. Employees at all levels are expected to work diligently to execute the company’s policy of maintaining safety and occupational health on project sites.

Our safety program has been developed to assure compliance with Federal, State and Local Regulations. It is the obligation of all employees to be knowledgeable of the standards established by these Agencies and to implement the rules and regulations contained therein on projects under their direct supervision. Regard for the safety of the general public, our own employees and the employees of the other trades we work alongside is of upmost importance to this organization.

A safe operation is an organized, clean and efficient one. If every employee views accidents in the same manner we consider all other aspects of our operation, we will be in a better position to control accidents and improve overall performance. Specifically, key site personnel and of construction, are required and are certified with hours of OSHA training and are directed to conduct weekly “Toolbox Talks” on projects under their supervision.

Our goal to maintain a safe workplace has extended to also include mentoring our subcontractors. The result for Framan Mechanical and our subcontractors has been an outstanding safety performance record. The contractors and workers at our job sites understand our unique safety approach and recognize they will be held to a higher standard.

If we can prevent accidents and save the general public and our employees from needless injury, we have accomplished the goal we have set out to achieve.
